Six ways to add protein to your day without having to cook more.

Add egg white to your oatmeal!
Yes! Egg white is practically pure protein and, because it has no flavor, it's great to add to oatmeal to provide an even greater protein boost. Add between 50ml and 100ml while cooking the oatmeal and stir until it reaches a porridge-like consistency.
Oatmeal porridge with a scoop of whey or vegan protein powder.
A scoop of whey or vegan protein powder not only adds flavor to your oatmeal but also increases the protein content. I can tell you that sometimes I add egg whites and whey and I don't feel hungry at all until lunch! Try it!

Egg white in your smoothie
Once again, egg whites save the day! Sometimes I make a really quick smoothie when I don't have time for lunch. And although I don't recommend doing this every day, there are days when a smoothie is better than skipping lunch and attacking everything at dinner, wouldn't you agree?
Simply add the egg white (from a carton and pasteurized) along with the smoothie ingredients and blend everything! Besides the protein, it also gives it a creamy consistency and makes it even more filling!

Two slices of light Limiano cheese on your toast with egg.
(instead of avocado)
I know avocado is wonderful, super nutritious and full of good fats, but sometimes we need variety, and this time we can have the advantage of even more protein in the meal. I often make these toasts and they never disappoint. Make sure you use bread with a high protein content and choose a light Limiano-type cheese – which will contain approximately 5g of protein per slice.
Egg and cheese toast
Ingredients
2 slices of high-protein bread
2 eggs
2 slices of light Limiano cheese

Shredded chicken on your waffle
Yes! You heard right! This is my version of a savory waffle!
Ingredients
1 egg
60g of shredded chicken
1 tbsp cottage cheese
15g of grated cheese
Blend everything in a food processor until you get a paste, then cook the waffle according to the machine's instructions.
It's great with avocado!

Tuna in your soup
This is one of those meals I almost always have up my sleeve when I'm alone with the kids and I just feel like cooking for them. Since I always have soup made, I can do this in 5 minutes. Just open a can of tuna in water, drain the water and pour it over the soup! I always add some toppings on top, sometimes seeds, sometimes avocado, or just a drizzle of olive oil!
It's delicious and super high in protein!
